AI systems like ChatGPT are rapidly transforming society — but they also introduce risks such as misinformation, exploitation, and bias. This position paper proposes a global Cyber ChatGPT Police (CCP) built on one principle: “Never harm life.” The CCP would monitor AI systems, enforce safety standards, and protect humanity while supporting ethical innovation.
